Empowering Africa's Next Generation Through Technology, Creativity, and Innovation
Mindset Coders is a leading STEM and digital skills education organization in Uganda, dedicated to equipping children and youth aged 8–18 with the technical skills, problem-solving mindset, and entrepreneurial thinking needed to thrive in the digital economy.
Our Mission
To bridge the digital divide by empowering children and youth with relevant STEM skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and global exposure, enabling them to become problem solvers and change-makers in their communities.
Our Vision
A future where every young person in Africa, regardless of background, has the opportunity to create, innovate, and lead using technology.

Our Story
Founded in 2018, Mindset Coders was created to address the growing digital divide in Africa by making coding, robotics, and emerging technologies accessible, affordable, and relevant to learners from both urban and underserved communities.
We believe that technology is not just about learning to code — it is about building confidence, creativity, teamwork, and purpose.
Our Impact: Since our inception, Mindset Coders has reached 20,000+ students and 1,000+ teachers across Uganda, delivered free and subsidized coding workshops in schools and community spaces, supported students to participate in national and international robotics competitions, and trained educators to confidently integrate STEM, AI, and technology into their classrooms.
We are proud to serve as the Uganda organizers for several globally recognized STEM initiatives, offering learners exposure beyond the classroom and connecting them to a global innovation ecosystem.
