About the Role
As a Robotics Trainer at Mindset Group, you will play a crucial role in delivering our robotics curriculum to students across different age groups. You'll facilitate hands-on learning experiences, guide students through project-based activities, and help them develop both technical skills and critical thinking abilities. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on students' educational journey while working with a team of dedicated educators and technology enthusiasts.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging robotics training sessions to students aged 8-18
- Develop and adapt curriculum materials for different age groups
- Provide guidance and support to students during hands-on activities
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Participate in robotics competitions and events
- Collaborate with other trainers to share best practices and improve curriculum
- Stay updated on the latest developments in robotics education
Requirements
- Experience in robotics and programming (Arduino, LEGO Mindstorms, etc.)
- Strong teaching or mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for STEM education and working with young learners
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to work weekends when programs are scheduled
- Problem-solving mindset and patience when working with students
