Social Media Manager

You'll create engaging content that showcases our programs, impact, and community, while also managing our online presence and engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategy across multiple platforms
- Create engaging content that showcases our programs and impact
- Manage posting schedule and community engagement
- Monitor social media metrics and provide regular performance reports
- Collaborate with team members to align social media with organizational goals
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices
- Develop and manage social media campaigns for events and programs
- Respond to inquiries and comments on social media platforms
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management
- Strong content creation skills (graphics, copy, video)
- Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Understanding of digital marketing principles
- Experience in education sector is a plus
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
