As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across multiple platforms. You'll create engaging content that showcases our programs, impact, and community, while also managing our online presence and engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategy across multiple platforms
• Create engaging content that showcases our programs and impact
• Manage posting schedule and community engagement
• Monitor social media metrics and provide regular performance reports
• Collaborate with team members to align social media with organizational goals
• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices
• Develop and manage social media campaigns for events and programs
• Respond to inquiries and comments on social media platforms

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management
• Strong content creation skills (graphics, copy, video)
• Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Understanding of digital marketing principles
• Experience in education sector is a plus
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
