At Mindset Coders we take care with the information people share with us, and we take extra care with information about children. This page explains what this website collects and what we do with it.
What this website collects
If you use the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, your role and your message. We use them to reply to you.
If you share a story with us, we receive your name, your email address, your role, the story you write, the category you choose, how you would like your name to appear, and your consent. We read every story before anything is published. We do not publish a story, or any child's name or photo, without permission.
We also count visits to the site, such as which pages are visited and which buttons are used, so we can see what is helpful.
Children's information
When families register a child for a programme, we will collect only what we need to run it safely, such as the learner's name, age and a guardian's contact details.
How long we keep information
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by writing to info@mindset-group.org.
Who looks after your information
We do not sell your information.

Mindset Coders is committed to providing a safe, inclusive and respectful learning environment where every child can participate, explore, create and learn. We take child safeguarding seriously and work to protect children from abuse, exploitation, discrimination and harm throughout our programmes and activities.
Privacy and Data Protection
Mindset Coders respects the privacy of learners and their families. We collect personal information for legitimate programme, learning, communication and administrative purposes and take appropriate measures to protect it from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. Access is restricted to authorised personnel who need the information for their work. Children's photographs, videos and identifiable stories will only be used with appropriate consent. We do not sell children's personal information.
